We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding our nation right now; and that uncertainty also impacts our community. During these fragile times, it is important to all of us at Lester Glenn Chevrolet that we provide solutions and options to best accommodate our loyal customers. Despite the news occurring around us, keeping your vehicle properly maintained and completing any safety-related recalls or repairs is necessary to help ensure the safety of you and your family on the road.
It is with this in mind that we have made the decision to offer concierge pick-up and delivery service for our customers who, if for any reason, are unable to bring their vehicle into our service facility for repair or maintenance.
About this complimentary service:
- Our customer care center will be glad to assist with arrangements. Please contact them at Sales 732-276-1296
- This service is available to customers who live within a 40-mile radius of our dealership.
- All vehicle updates, charges for completed repair or maintenance work, as well as general questions and answers, will be communicated via email, phone, and text message.
- Payments for completed repair or maintenance work can be made via credit card over the phone, as our drivers are not permitted to carry money.
- This service is available on a scheduled basis with daily limitations. Please contact our customer care center to learn more about the schedule and availability.
We hope this complimentary concierge service will help accommodate our loyal customers who are unable to bring their vehicle in for service themselves.
