Automotive Service Technician - Lester Glenn Chevrolet (Toms River, NJ)

Lester Glenn Auto Group one of the largest private dealership groups in the New Jersey is looking for motivated, people friendly, & goal oriented Automotive Service Technician for our Chevy Service Department location. Our Chevy Service Department is a Union shop.
We are looking for experienced Auto Technicians to be responsible for the actual service and/or repair of our Used Vehicles assigned to them by service management or their designated representatives. Sign-On Bonus Opportunity!!!
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
- Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
- Perform routine inspections, system diagnostics, full automotive troubleshooting and testing
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
- Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made and provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
Requirements:
Include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician (ASE certification preferred)
- Chevy Techs experience highly recommended, but not required
- Solid mechanical skills
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- *All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.*

New And Used Car Sales Representative – Lester Glenn Chevrolet (Toms River, NJ)
Lester Glenn Auto Group one of the largest private dealership groups in New Jersey is looking for motivated, people friendly, and goal oriented professionals to work at our Chevrolet Dealership in Ocean County.
We are looking to train the right candidate from the ground up on the Lester Glenn way of doing business. If you are motivated, energetic, willing to learn, and adapt to a high paced environment, please apply. Auto Retail Sales and previous Chevy experience preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties
The ideal candidate for the sales consultant position will:
- Be highly motivated, confident, self-driven and energetic
- Exemplify stellar customer service
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written, including email) professionally conduct business with internal and external customers

- Follow a proven sales process that produces consistent results
