The GM Supplier Discount Program is General Motors' way of rewarding the employees of companies that help build, supply, and support GM vehicles. If you or your spouse works for an eligible GM supplier, business associate, or fleet and commercial company, you qualify for Preferred Pricing — a special discounted price set below the vehicle's MSRP.

The discount is calculated simply: Dealer Invoice Price + Destination Charge + $200 Program Fee. No negotiating. No guesswork. Just transparent, upfront pricing on eligible new Chevrolet models.

How to Use Your Supplier Discount

The process is straightforward. Here's how to go from eligible employee to new Chevrolet owner:

Get Your Authorization Number

Log in using your Company Code and request your personal Authorization Number. Valid for 90 days — up to two per calendar year.

Bring Your Documents

Present your Authorization Number, a company ID or pay stub (sensitive info redacted), and a copy of your driver's license.

  • Individuals whose employer is not enrolled in the program
  • Retroactive application to previous vehicle purchases
  • Participants who have already used two authorizations this calendar year

Here are answers to the questions we hear most often about the GM Supplier Discount Program.

The Supplier Discount price equals the Dealer Invoice Price (with applicable options) plus the destination charge and a flat $200 program fee. This price is transparently set and applies consistently across all eligible vehicles — no haggling required.
In most cases, yes. The Supplier Discount can be combined with many current GM offers, including finance incentives, lease cash, and loyalty offers. If you're purchasing an eligible EV, you may also be able to apply a federal tax credit of up to $7,500. Ask our team at Lester Glenn to walk you through every incentive you qualify for.
Eligible participants may purchase or lease up to two vehicles per calendar year under the GM Supplier Discount Program. Each authorization number is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.
Yes. Each time you purchase or lease a vehicle under the program, you can sponsor one friend or family member — known as a "Sponsored Purchaser" — to also receive Supplier Discount pricing on their own eligible vehicle purchase or lease within one year of your transaction.
Yes. Vehicles purchased or leased through the Supplier Discount Program must be retained for a minimum of six months from the delivery date. The vehicle must be registered, licensed, titled, and insured in the name of the eligible participant or sponsored purchaser.
Yes. You can place a factory order for an eligible vehicle through Lester Glenn Chevrolet and receive Supplier Discount pricing on that order. Just let us know during your first contact with our team.
You'll need your valid Authorization Number, a copy of your current company ID or pay stub (redacted to show only the date, your name, and the company name), and a copy of your driver's license with the license number redacted. Our team will guide you through the paperwork from there.
